I recently had dental work completed by Michael. The entire team were exemplary, reassuring and considerate throughout the entire process. I am delighted with the outcome and I am extremely grateful for the excellent service I received. A patient centred practice with staff who take the time to listen and offer support. I would recommend this practice to others, especially those who have dental phobia or dental related anxieties. An excellent practice with knowledgeable, skilled and patient centred staff.

I finally got my braces off after almost 6 years, and my teeth look amazing. When i started my teeth were all over the place but now they are seriously perfect.Dr. Finlay and Lynn were amazing throughout the whole process. They were always super friendly, made every visit a breeze and were always up for a chat, which made the long journey much easier. Their Expertise were clear from the start and they always kept everything running smoothly. I always felt confident that i was in good hands.I highly recommend Bangor Orthodontics, The whole team is fantastic and i couldn’t be happier with the results :)

Absolutely phenomenal experience from my initial communication with Claire, throughout my appointments with Dr Michael & Morgan. Dr Michael, puts you immediately at ease and explains the process in great detail and with a caring professional nature. I had the best experience with Dr Michael, Morgan and the team at North Down Dental Practice! I am over the moon with my results from my cosmetic treatment. Dr Michael is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process and treatment plan, answering all my questions with patience and ensured I was comfortable with the procedure. Clare was also amazing and extremely accommodating when scheduling my appointments. Dr Turner has been great with my daughter’s treatment. She’s had amazing results from her temporary braces and has just had her fixed braces on. Dr Turner’s friendliness and humour really puts her at ease during her appointments and the results are amazing so far. We’re looking forward to seeing the end result.

Michael is a fantastic dentist. He is so patient, calm, professional and careful. I knew I was in safe hands when I met him and he’s been brilliant throughout my treatment. I was nervous about the procedure but he has been helpful and reassured me without any pressure whatsoever. His assistant Morgan is also just perfect. So pleasant, welcoming and gentle. A great team of people from start to finish! My son has been having treatment for almost two years with regards his braces. Mr Armstrong always explains what's happening & my son never complains about going so this can only prove how comfortable he is with the team. Girls at reception are always lovely, friendly & helpful. Nothing is a problem! If you are thinking of visiting here, go for it you won't be disappointed!

We have had a few visits over the last months & each time we arrive the receptionists are polite, acknowledge your arrival and are very helpful. The building itself is modern, very clean and each surgery well signposted. The treatment from the orthodontist was exceptional. He was very patientand explained in detail what he would be doing on this visit and subsequent visits. I thoroughly recommend without hesitation.

During a visit to the orthodontist one of my children (not the one who had an appointment) fainted. Everyone was so good with her and me and also looked after my other 2 children while I sat with my daughter who fainted. They kept us there until they where certain she was ok and rang twice to check in on how she was doing. Thank you all .
